Are the items you sell Authentic?
Absolutely! We guarantee that all the merchandise we sell are 100% Authentic and purchased directly from boutiques, department stores and designer outlets overseas.
What assurances can I have concerning authenticity?
1) We have been in business since December 2006 and we have a long history and reputation of selling authentic items. A business cannot survive and thrive in this day and age if items are misrepresented.
2) All items come with the necessary cards, booklets, stickers, dustbags etc to further prove their authenticity. Different brands will have different accompanying items.
3) All items can be verified at the resepective brand's boutiques as well. Some Sales Reps at these boutiques will assist to give you their opinion on whether the item you have purchased is authentic.
4) We have never had a single case of proven authenticity issues in all our years in business. So rest assured, we stand behind the items we sell and only sell genuine items purchased from actual boutiques and stores.
How can I tell if an item is authentic?
Designer items are categorised into designer and luxury designer and both categories come with respective care cards, authenticity cards, dustbags, tags, proof of purchase stickers, receipts, paperbags, or other indications depending on the brand and where it is purchased from. If you need further information on a particular brand, we would be happy to share what we know with you. Authentication can also be done at the respective brand boutiques.
What are most designer/luxury designer items sold with?
Most designer items will produce some kind of care card or booklet to give you more information on the materials used and help you care for your item. Certain brands provide dustbags for you to keep your bags in when not in use. Some of the luxury designer brands produce authenticity cards. While paper bags and boxes may be provided for some items, when we import our merchandise in through shipping, we usually do not get boxes and paper bags so that we can keep ship costs down. When the cost of import shipping is lowered, this translates to savings on the bags themselves which you get to enjoy and this we believe is what is most important. We strive to provide you with authentic designer items at a lower cost, and that means we do not include the cost of also importing heavy boxes and paper bags into the prices you pay.
What are your sales policies?
All items are sold as is, non-exchangeable and non-returnable. Condition will be checked before sending it to you. All items sold are Authentic and Brand New. Any service issues must be taken up with the brand concern. We are not liable for manufacturing defects and all goods sold are not under any warranty from us as we are not the manufacturers. Please note that service conditions differ from country to country and terms and conditions for each store brand changes from time to time. So when these terms are changed by the store, we cannot be liable for that change or for any service issues faced with any of the brands concerned as we are not affiliated with them. What we offer you is the opportunity to purchase items for less through buying for you and offering the items to you at a cheaper price. We only buy from actual boutiques and stores which carry these designer brands and never from other third party sources.
Do you accept returns?
We want you to be absolutely happy with your merchandise, however, issues like buyers remorse, color or size preference, does not warrant a return. Other than authenticity issues, all sales are final.
How do I make payment?
We accept cash deposits & online banking directly into our bank accounts and/or credit card payments via our website's checkout system. Just choose the method you would like to use during checkout. Full payment must be made before merchandise is shipped out. Should you be pre-ordering any item from us, we will inform you on the deposit required to confirm your order.

Credit Card Payments are accepted with additional merchant fees which are charged by the merchant to process payment through your bank. It is fast, safe and efficient. The prices you see on this website does not include this fee yet. It will be shown after you select Paypal during your check out process. New customers will be required to register before checking out. Please ensure you have enough credit before making payment and speak to your bank about your internet card usage if you have never or rarely make purchases off the internet because they have security measures in place to prevent fraud. This will sometimes cause your internet payments to be blocked, but a simple phone call to your bank will enable you to use your card to make payment.

Are you able to COD(Cash On Delivery)?
We do not do Cash on Delivery but we do allow customers to come over and self collect items. In order to avoid no-shows, we require full payment to be made prior to self collection. Self collection must also be prearranged with 1 day advance notice prior to collection. This helps us to be better prepared to serve you. SELF PICK UP IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Once an appointment has been made and confirmed by us, you can drop by at the appointed time.
Our current pick up location is at 29 Lorong Setiabistari 4, Bukit Damansara 50490 KL. We do not meet customers outside of this address.
